Ms. Sawan Starting from telling many very interesting cases that I encountered with myself, there are 4 aspects as follows.

1. AI is enabling new business growth. Currently, there are many new models that InnovestX is developing and trialing to take investment to the next level.
2. AI helps create a good customer experience, helps customers get all the important information quickly, and the more information they have, the more information they have, the more they can make the right investment decisions. Profit in the investment portfolio
3. AI helps improve productivity, helps programmers and other workers work faster, and gets 30-50% better results.
4. AI eliminates risk, helps keep an eye on abnormal trades. The faster you can see it, the faster you can solve the problem. It only prevents more damage.

Mr. Sawan said that from talking to many customers, it was found that more than half of Thai retail investors agreed that in the past, they invested a lot in the Thai stock market, but lately they are more interested in investing abroad. Because the foreign stock market is much larger. It has a high trading volume and a lot of options, so it has a relatively higher profit opportunity than the Thai market.

People who are experts and should be good communicators, know how to communicate, be creative in asking questions, know how to ask to get information.

So what is the future of investment? Mr. Sasawan believes that Gen AI will help gain insight into stocks in markets that still have a language barrier.
